    INTRODUCTION
    ============
    This is the CPOC librarian for use with CPOC (release 0.80 or later).
    It is not intended to be used as a stand-alone program, but via the
    CPOC front-end program.  It therefore needs the CPOC front-end
    program (part of the "CPOC Starter Pack") to operate.
    
    
    INSTALLATION
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~
    The "CPOC Librarian" comprises of the following files:
    
    AR86.IMG        CPOC Librarian program
    README.TXT      This file
    
    The AR86.IMG file needs to be installed in the directory that you
    have chosen to hold CPOC program files.  Normally this will be a
    \CPOC\ directory (on any drive).   For more information on
    alternative locations please read the README.TXT file that is
    provided with the CPOC "Starter Pack" (or the on-line help that is
    provided as part of the CPOC front-end program).
    
    Please also check that there is a copy of the CPOCDYL.DYL file
    provided with the CPOC "Starter Pack" in the same directory as the
    AR86.IMG program.   If not, you will get a "Panic 222" message when
    you try and run the librarian from CPOC.
